Peppermint
Recipes - 1 teaspoon peppermint leaves, 1 cup boiling water. Pour the boiling water over the peppermint leaves and allow the tea to steep for 10 to 15 minutes. Strain and drink.

Chamomile
Recipes - 1 to 2 teaspoons of dried chamomile flowers or leaves and 1 cup boiling water. Pour 1 cup of boiling water over the chamomile flowers or leaves. Let the herb steep for 5 to 10 minutes. Strain.

Hibiscus
Recipes - Using fresh hibiscus flowers, first remove the calyx (green part of the base of the flower) at which the stem is attached. Also, remove the pistil in a thin thread-like tube in the middle of the flower. However, if you use dried flowers, you don't need to do this.
Put t Two cups of fresh hibiscus flowers or ½ cup of dried hibiscus flowers in a 8 cups of water bowl and turn off the flame. Sieve the tea into a cup and mix honey and lime juice. You can have the tea warm or chill it in the refrigerator for a couple of hours. Have it either way or try both. It always tastes delicious.

Turmeric
Recipes - Cut a 1-inch (2.5-cm) piece of fresh turmeric into small slices. Combine turmeric with 1 cup water. Bring water and turmeric to a boil. Let sit for 3–5 minutes. Strain turmeric pieces out of liquid. Add honey.
If you using turmeric powder, Boil 500ml water in the kettle. Put the 3 heaped tsp ground turmeric in to a teapot or jug. Pour over the boiling water and allow to infuse for around 5 minutes. Strain through a sieve or tea strainer into two cups, sweeten with honey.
